Grace being thoughtful...

A few weeks ago we had some friends over for dinner. Grace and her friend Abby were coloring at the table. Grace proceeds to bring a colored picture of a kitten over to Jen and says in her sweetest most thoughtful voice "Jen, this is for you...since Bishop ate your cat"...

Grace's newest gem...

Yesterday evening Grace was hanging out by her fish tank looking at her fish Joey and her frog Minty (frogs are green, get it...:). She then proceeds to tell Bob "Daddy, Minty is a baby frog"...Bob says in a very informative tone "Well actually Grace, minty isn't a baby frog, he's full grown he's just little". Grace says "Oh, you mean a Midget like Kaleena, except she's a human..."...best quote of the year so far.

Nooo...

Oh yes...that time is upon us. Kiera has learned the word "No" and she's not afraid to use it.

Crap...

I've been told by Grace...and I quote "Mommy, crap isn't a nice word." to which I replied in my head, not outloud of course "You should hear what I wanted to say"...

Tears in my eyes...

As Gracie was leaving tonight with Bob to go our Relay Team Meeting (Kiera was sick, so I stayed home), Gracie says to me "Just remember Mommy, you're the most beautiful girl in the world"...tears...

Tangled...

Today we took Grace to see Tangled and lets be totally honest...we wanted to see it as much as she did. So the quote of the day comes towards the end of the movie, when the lead character Flynn Ryder goes back to save Rupunzul (spelling?). Grace leans over and says to Bob "Please tell me they live happily ever after."

Time to play in the snow!

Gracie gets a chance to play in the snow...AND she loved it of course:)
